Pros
The college really is a wonderful opportunity for students. I think most faculty have a good working experience.
Cons
Administration has let sexual discrimination and nepotism prevail. Hiring a DEI professional was mostly for show and they haven't let him make substantive change. Very few policies and procedures are written down, so there is little consistency or equity.
