Pros
- An engaged group of colleagues that care deeply about quality and can openly discuss things as a team without fear of reprisal. - Work that is challenging and fulfilling. - Catered lunch twice a week, and beer deliveries on Fridays. - Dog friendly office. - The CEO is very engaged and you never feel like he doesn't have time for you. - Generous PTO policy.
Cons
- The parking lot can be expensive and if you come in late there may not be adequate spots. - Some projects are very challenging and it can become overwhelming to work on them, especially if you can't rotate to a different project (either due to the needs of the project or staffing availability). But this is usually temporary.
