- Top heavy. Very little ground staff. - Ground staff have to take up multiple unnecessary roles on top of current workload as management unwilling to do it. - No proper HR available. HR consultant only and does nothing. - Inflexible & Long work hours (8.30am - 6.30pm). - No changes being done after multiple feedback from ground staff. - Only good workplace if you are a foreigner as they are more biased towards them.
