Management takes very long to make decision

The company provides an excellent platform for young employees to get regional international working experiences and has products that can make a meaningful impact on patients’ lives. As a Junior Key Account Manager, I have gained so many valuable learning opportunities and exposure through working with the overseas business partners in managing the sales development of the products in the Southeast Asia markets. The colleagues in Moleac are also very approachable and enjoyable to work with. I have gained much knowledge through my colleagues’ encouragement and guidance.

Small company so sometimes employees may have to take on additional roles that is beyond scope of their work.
