Pros
Moloney's always had hours available for me and I was getting paid a decent amount of money, especially with me being at the age of 20 when I first starting working for them. I loved the people I worked with, we worked as a team and always helped others, if needed.
Cons
Unfortunately, the three co-owners are brothers who do not get along. They tend to take their anger out on their employees and they never agree on anything. They also overwork some employees more than others and I noticed the door greeters got their hours depending on how much the manager liked you. A lot of gossip, drama and affairs went on between so many employees to the point I felt like I was back in high school again. I was sexually harassed by a co-worker and a month later after reporting it, I was fired. I was not the only employee that had the same exact unfortunate situation happen to them.
