I have one set of data that tells me we are in range in compensation and that we have made big pay increases across the board (especially junior staff) to make sure we are a fair and well-paying employer. You should have also seen differentiated pay increases based on performance.
I can see that you have a different perspective and different data, and I believe you when you say you see a problem. I want to ensure that if we missed a team or role, or you did not see pay increases for our high performers, we are made aware so we can fix it.
In case we don’t speak, please know that compensation increases for all employees follow the same guidelines and methodology, including those of our senior leaders.
