Business Outlook
Pros
A lot of good people here. They do well of promoting within. Many learning experiences with interacting with so many digital products. CEO does come off as genuine and just needs time to clean up the messes left by her predecessors.
Cons
Different departments get a drastic different experience with the company. Some people promoted to scenarios they are not qualified for.....yet you have to appreciate they give opportunity. Way too much favoritism of people and digital products from mid and upper management. A lot of 'easy syndrome' without true investment into their vision except for buying more companies.
