      Pros

      Unlimited PTO, lots of holidays, fantastic co-workers, opportunities for growth

      Cons

      Not all divisions have same culture, mine is great but some are toxic. Some lack of processes/maturity for company this size make some every day tasks harder than they should be, but a fair amount of improvements every year.
