Whether you're new to agency work or a grizzled vet, there's plenty of opportunity to learn and grow as professional and a person. As a reader and former employee that values readability, I'll stick to bullet points moving forward. - You get to work with a lot of different clients, some big, medium, and small. It's a great mix of different industries and you'll always have something to learn. - Lots of face time with clients - Business was growing during my tenure, and I was given autonomy on how to implement multiple systems to manage projects and collaborate with employees. - I was able to hone my speaking skills and learned how to work with challenging clients and talented designers
