Momentum does not provide raises or promotions in this department nor does it meet or match market pay. Most employees have been here for 5-10+ years so there is little to no room to move up with everyone already solidified ahead of you. This combined with bad compensation causes good talent to leave and the team continues to shrink with a growing work load. Upper management shows no desire to change this.
