waivers snd DMAS are a mess right now they are short staffed and having issues navigating pends but because we are one of the only cd agencies they are taking in new client they are onboarding an obscene amount of new clients and have not serviced the ones they have so short staffed having terrible management in place they cant let go they dont pay them well
