- Different studies to work on which allows much of learning - Able to travel for workshop to different countries -Supportive seniors on the job -WFH 3 times a week -Understanding and supportive boss - Great colleagues - Healthy working environment

- Need to work overtime during deadlines which is expected in consultancy - No/late increment of salary - Only received bonus once -Career progression not clear unless you decide what you want and tell the boss -Lack of support for training since everything requires upper management approval which takes really long time

Management's "unique" leadership style, which often involves expecting employees to work late nights and weekends, ensuring we never run out of things to do. Compensation is far below market standards, making it hard to justify the extra hours and effort. Big shoutout to the management for their unique leadership style, it's been eye-opening, to say the least. It has taught me resilience in ways I never imagined
