Pros
Overall, Monarch is a good little company to work for. The environment feels very welcoming and feels more like a "home" than a work office. The staff is extremely friendly and willing to help clarify anything. We work with eLearning so there is a ton of different projects we get exposed to. Monarch is pretty flexible on scheduling, even allowing most full-time employees to work part-time from home! Anyone can go to anyone else for help, whether it be the CEO, CIO or anyone else, you don't have a hierarchy system there.
Cons
The pay is quite low, even for full-time employment. It seems as though nobody really gets promoted, theres aren't too many positions in this company so it is difficult to move up anywhere.
