Don't know where to begin. The salaries for all position are way below average. Management is full of egos and is not interested in listening to the people they hire. HR and employee support are non-existent. Leadership is severely lacking. Managers like to blame their teams for their incompetence. Then they take credit for all their work. The product is defective.
