Pros

There is a new Area Manager now, he seems to be doing a good job.

Cons

The whole business is run buy unprofessional people who got their jobs just thanks to their friendships rather than their talent and experiences. -Low salary -No rooms for progression -No one ever gets pay raise - Your opinions and ideas are seen as a threaten - The company does not want to invest money, as a consequence most of the shops in London are short on staff and people get to have just 30 minutes lunch break

Pros

Can be really easy to make great money during the Winter. Gympass subcription was a nice benefit to have. Good foot in the door into luxury.

Cons

Very demanding job, forced to meet sales goals that are almost impossible to meet in the summertime Head of retail is unrealistic and she has no understanding of what the day to day in an actual store setting is like. Be prepared to be put on a PIP if you fail to meet a sales goal. The company tends to host events in stores to TRY to get clients to come in and shop. These events almost always led to a loss of money for the company as clients did not really respond to these. No career growth, don't expect a promotion.
