Pros

The individual developers are great and very smart. The office location is good.

Cons

Leadership Issues: There is a major lack of technical knowledge at the top. The CTO does not seem to understand basic development or AI, which makes it impossible for the engineering team to get any real guidance. Favoritism: It feels like leadership roles are given based on personal friendships with the CEO rather than actual skill or merit. This has destroyed the team's morale. Poor Communication: The CTO rarely interacts with the dev team to provide help. Instead, feedback only happens behind closed doors, leading to a total disconnect between the CEO’s vision and what is actually being built. No Product Vision: It is hard to trust a leader who hasn't delivered a successful product before. The team feels the "AI" focus is just talk with no real execution.

Pros

Pros are that management is so micromanaging, so disorganized, and afraid of losing their job that they don't want to delegate properly and feel they need to do everything themselves that its easy for you to get away with doing the bare minimum and you still did a lot more than Management has. So if you like sitting at your desk doing nothing then this is for you.

Cons

There are no learning opportunities. No career growth. Constant discrimination if you are not Indian. Constant discrimination against Women. Favoritism is rampant. No job security. No work-life balance. Benefits are not good. They want you to be submissive here and don't dare question management. The CPO could care less about the actual humans in this organization. The CCO went around treating to sue his team if they dared to quit their job since they're so over worked. Trying to intimidate them into staying. The CEO believes you have to work 24/7 otherwise you're not working hard enough and has a lot of unethical practices. This whole company is a mess. HR could care less about the employee experience. Everyone is just watching out for themselves and being snakes to get raises or favoritism. I don't recommend this company to anyone but specially to women, unless you want to be a servant to upper management and be a part of a bunch of unethical practices.
