      Pros

      Learning curve is good and you will get chance to work on good technologies.

      Cons

      Pathetic HR team who instead of resolving problems creates more problems. @Higher management : please remove these bunch of fools and hire some good one as they are impacting company image. Few teams enjoy more facilities as compared to others ,have equality in all the departments.
