      Pros

      Flexibility to get annual leaves. Good atmosphere. Not stressful 90% of the times. Sometimes you can work from home if you´re a bit sick or need to go to the doctor, to your bank, etc...

      Cons

      Internal training could be better. There are no benefits or compensation this year.
