Pros

There's ample opportunity to grow in terms of skills, take ownership of projects, and explore new technologies. I've been here for only a couple of months, but I've already embarked on challenging projects that significantly upped my skills and pushed me to learn new things. This has also given me deeper insight into the business as a whole. There's also a lot of support from my colleagues and my manager, and the team is incredibly collaborative and supportive.

Pros

The Human Resources Department always kept an open room policy for complaints and concerns, which was a mirror of the character competence required from me in my role. They walked the walk without having to talk too much.

Cons

Products delivery always needed iterations and improvements based on literacy and evolving customer demands in the markets. But that’s not a novel Con peculiar to the company, it’s an expected challenge for every enterprise that wants to scale.
