Awesome start-up - Senior Software Engineer Monito Employee Review

I thoroughly enjoy working at Monito, the team and management are all lovely. The culture is also great, and you're given a lot of autonomy. Oh, and don't forget the off-sites, they're also a lot of fun.

From my perspective, a company such as Monito is the ideal environment in which to be working and, therefore, I don't have any negative feedback. My advice to prospective employees would be to keep in mind that Monito has a strong start-up culture — one in which teamwork, taking ownership, and exhibiting independent and creative thought is highly valued. One should be aware that this type of environment may not necessarily suit everybody.
