Before 2013 this was a wonderful company to work for. I truly enjoyed going to work everyday.
Cons
Monitor used to be a wonderful place to work before 2013. The Directors cared about their employees and moral was high. I loved the job I did and took pride in it. Since the new President took over in 2013 he has made numerous layoffs of sometimes entire departments at once! Talk about major disruption of workflow for everyone in the company. I have been gone for many years now, but still have friends who work there. They are not liking the commute to the city, moral is lost and it sounds like it is hard to trust job security. I am only giving 2 stars because it was such a great place to work! I hope they find their way back somehow.
