Pros

The company promotes “ownership,” but in reality, it often means working without guidance, mentorship, or proper support. Employees are left to self-learn through YouTube, Reddit, and trial-and-error to complete tasks outside their expertise.

Cons

1. Employees are frequently assigned tasks far outside their actual skill set and are still expected to deliver flawless results with minimal guidance or support. 2. Project management often feels highly disconnected from both the development and design teams. Instead of clear ownership and coordination, there is constant confusion, shifting expectations, and avoidance of accountability, which creates unnecessary chaos in workflows. 3. The company offers little to no meaningful employee benefits despite enforcing a strict work-from-office culture. Employees commuting long distances daily are expected to manage the physical and mental exhaustion without any flexibility, support, or consideration. 4. There is almost no focus on employee engagement, team bonding, or creating a positive workplace culture. The office environment often feels emotionally draining, with very little effort made to improve morale or maintain a healthy atmosphere. 5. Over time, the work culture can severely impact confidence and professional growth. Constructive mentorship and encouragement are lacking, and employees may start doubting their own abilities due to constant criticism, bias from upper management, and limited opportunities for genuine development.

Pros

None of it. The work culture is bad

Cons

The salary delay is just the beginning. It's been almost two months since my last salary was credited, and I'm still following up with HR almost every day. She never has a proper answer. It's always "we're checking" or "it should happen soon," but nothing actually changes. Chasing your own salary every day is mentally draining. The work culture here is honestly broken. There are different rules for different people. Managers and senior employees get flexibility whenever they want, while juniors are expected to follow every rule without question. HR doesn't seem interested in fixing the culture either. She mostly protects people within her own circle instead of addressing actual problems. The biggest issue is favoritism. There's an employee who has been underperforming for a long time, but he still seems untouchable because of his close connection with the CEO. Everyone sees it, but nobody says anything. At the same time, talented and hardworking people are let go in the name of performance reviews and cost-cutting. It really makes you question whether your work even matters here. Some genuinely good employees have already been laid off because of poor decisions made by senior management. Instead of taking responsibility for bad planning, they let capable people go while people who add very little value continue to stay. Merit doesn't seem to matter as much as being close to the right people. I actually think the CEO has a vision for where the company should go. Sadly, the leadership team around him isn't good enough to turn that vision into reality. That's where things seem to fall apart. The irony is that this is an AI company, but engineers don't even get access to basic AI tools. You're expected to deliver, but you're mostly on your own. There's no proper mentorship, no guidance, and no real support. Managers keep giving instructions and asking for updates, but when something goes wrong, accountability is nowhere to be found. On top of that, senior management keeps setting unrealistic deadlines without fully understanding the project scope, timelines, or what it actually takes to deliver. Right now, the company has far more negatives than positives. Delayed salaries, favoritism, poor leadership, zero accountability, and a broken culture have made this a really disappointing place to work. If you're thinking about joining, I'd strongly suggest looking at other options first.
