      Pros

      Depending on the clients the work can be amazing or tough. I was fortunate to have come across some of the best clients in the industry which made my role incredible compared to others who had trickier clients

      Cons

      No bonuses, increases and delayed review cycles as well as informal management and goal setting. With inflation you end up losing money

      Pros

      People are fantastic and open to collaboration and learning about what others do. Remote work was great too.

      Cons

      management is non-existent. they get paid but they dont do much to earn their salary. no training programs or mentorship. best for experienced people as they can do what they deem is right for the client
