Pros

Working at Monograph has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my career so far. The culture is incredibly collaborative, and everyone—from leadership to individual team members—genuinely wants to see you succeed. There’s a strong sense of transparency and trust, and I’ve always felt empowered to share ideas, take initiative, and learn from others. The company is mission-driven, and it shows in how thoughtfully we approach both our product and our customers. A special shoutout to my SDR Manager, Ariane—she’s one of the most supportive and intentional leaders I’ve ever worked with. She takes the time to really understand your goals and actively helps you work toward them. Whether it’s through regular coaching, shoutouts when you’re doing well, or just checking in to see how you’re feeling, she makes it clear that your growth and well-being truly matter to her. It’s rare to have a manager who’s not only great at what they do but also genuinely cares about you as a person, and Ariane absolutely brings that. If you’re looking for a place where you’ll be challenged, supported, and surrounded by amazing people—Monograph is it.

Pros

Good team culture, celebrates wins

Cons

Extremely high-pressure SDR environment with a heavy churn-and-burn culture. Hitting activity metrics and booking meetings often didn’t matter unless opportunities converted to SQOs, which created unrealistic expectations for reps. Turnover was constant, and I personally saw around 10 people let go during my time there. Leadership quality was also inconsistent, with some managers lacking the experience or track record needed to effectively coach and support their teams.
