Pros
Easy going and positive environment. A lot of camaraderie between employees. Monscierge works with the biggest players in Hospitality industry, which makes it a perfect place to gain experience and understanding of the hospitality IT market.
Cons
Sometimes seems a bit chaotic and it is unclear what direction company will take. Company had a lot of structural changes in past year with staff and the platform. Some good, some bad.
