Bad place to work - Parts Monster Transmission & Performance Employee Review

Pros

Birthday off paid, one hour lunch.

Cons

Expensive health insurance, condescending egomaniac owner, constant surveillance of team members, high turnover. Weekly panel meetings for management to look down their noses, without smiling, to make you justify your existence there. Lunch and learn meetings are mandatory and then you get no lunch. Long days, no air conditioning in the shop.

Pros

“Monster Transmission & Performance is an extremely fast-growing company and a wonderful place to work! The hiring process was wonderful and easily streamlined. All expectations were made clear throughout the entire process. Several things worth pointing out are within the overall atmosphere. The culture at Monster Transmission & Performance is the best I’ve ever worked for and everyone is authentic and professional at what they do. Training processes are great and really help people to feel comfortable in each position. The team leaders are always willing to help and will take time out of their schedule to dedicate to helping you if needed. Because Monster Transmission & Performance is growing so rapidly, there are a lot of changes that happen fairly frequently, which can be stressful for some, however, the prime focus is building relationships and achieving client expectations. Having worked within several high-profile projects, the values and ethics of the company’s ownership are very important to me, the CEO truly cares about each individual, welcomes creativity, supports the local community, and leads by example. I look forward to making a full career at Monster Transmission & Performance by achieving the expectations placed in front of me.” —Current Director of Events Lead Foot City

Pros

The people were nice and easy to work with.

Cons

Did not have basic csr process in place. Things would get lost and customers would right fully get up set. When you would 10-15 angry calls day you would think they would look into changing something to keep it from happening.
