      edge of kernel development and low level programming from bootup to performance lots of opportunity to get hands on prototype of cool new hardware very agile small teams casual environment

      little growth path : kernel developpers and vp of engineering looking down on support and consulting engineers

      great minds with tons of tech knowledge in : embedded system, linux, kernel. large range of HW and SW to use in the lab.

      Cons

      -lack of synergy between experts and juniors will ingot learn -war between engineering / support / sales where each look down the next
