Terrible - Font Desk Montecito Inn Employee Review

The management team obviously has no idea of what they're doing, nor do they have any idea of how to run a business at all. There is a constant disregard for their employees with no accountability. Their communication skills are severely lacking, and if you like to sit and wait for a response, be prepared to sit and wait for 2-3 business days while guests yell at you wondering where management is. Employees are frequently held responsible for management's errors and are expected to compensate for their shortcomings by taking on additional tasks. The three brothers that run this operation clearly don't get along, and their dysfunctional dynamics are a representation of the horrid hotel conditions.
