Pros
This was my first job as a teenager and it was a good starting point. The owner is very flexible with your schedule and understands when you have school conflicts. It definitely helped me learn how to deal with people.
Cons
start at minimum wage. No real advancement opportunities. VERY hot in summer time because there is no A/C. In the summer you have to keep yourself busy or be put to work cleaning.
