Needs more benefits offered to employees

I've worked with the owner of Montro in the past (before Montro opening) and have always trusted his work ethic. In an industry where competition is tough it may always be affirmed that Montro Protection performs to the best of their abilities and are keen on overseeing the protection of any environment. Integrity, and Honest is a large part of work ethic that many people seem to overlook. As a woman I've felt most comfortable around Montro Protection and understand the importance of security personnel that is level headed and well articulated.

Protection Services can be quite dangerous at times. Thats why I am happy to work for Montro because they take their business seriously and their values and mission never changes.
