Toxic Bullying Client - Consultant Monument Realty Employee Review

Culture fosters male centric, unprofessional, bullying tactics in what is supposed to be a team environment to execute end user focused project. I and others know personally find many staff members to be misogynistic, belligerent, and blaming in lieu of working cooperatively as a team. Management is known to literally YELL and feel it is well within acceptable professional behavior. Would only recommend this company if you enjoy abuse and toxicity.
