      *None really. The P&C team has worked hard this past year to work with management on continuing to have a great company culture and have added even further benefits to our total compensation package.

      Pros

      The company serves an important role in providing an open source product for free. There is a strong community of users that collaborate to extend the product and make it better for everyone.

      Cons

      The salary for learning designers is low. There is not a large pool for qualifies Moodle admins. For this specialized skill, I would expect a higher salary.
