      Wonderful company with stellar benefits. Flexibility and understanding of the importance of work/life balance for employees. Personal lives matter and our benefits show that.

      Cons

      Corporate management could be more transparent with employees. Tend to implement changes and give vague explanation.

      Pros

      The company has a bit of a startup-like vibe, and still feels established. They’re pretty open to letting younger engineers take on real responsibility , which makes it a good place to grow. From what I’ve seen in all-hands meetings, the senior leadership also seems to genuinely care about employees—you can kind of tell they’re paying attention and trying to take care of the team.

      There’s nothing perfect, enjoy the time when you get in.
