Pros

a large company that has interesting projects and future. the aircraft sector will be strong because of long term projects. someone can come to the company and find a niche. excellent benefits and salaries keep employees around for a while.

Cons

for a company this large there is very little organization structure. people are expected to simply do what has to be done. this concept works in principle but sometimes without a management structure in place the priority to get things done depends solely on whether someone wants to help you or not.

Pros

The company has a bit of a startup-like vibe, and still feels established. They’re pretty open to letting younger engineers take on real responsibility , which makes it a good place to grow. From what I’ve seen in all-hands meetings, the senior leadership also seems to genuinely care about employees—you can kind of tell they’re paying attention and trying to take care of the team.

Cons

There’s nothing perfect, enjoy the time when you get in.

Pros

Good Health Benefits, and 401K

Cons

Although Moog promotes an unlimited PTO policy and emphasizes work-life balance, the actual execution is highly inconsistent and depends heavily on management. Some managers are supportive, while others induce guilt, leading to a culture where employees either underutilize their time or feel uncertain about expectations. Furthermore, compensation lags behind the market average, and internal career growth feels stagnant rather than actively supported.
