      Pros

      I worked at the Salt Lake City - Aircraft Group for 3 years and really enjoyed working with most folks there. Great projects to work on with lots of hands on for Engineers.

      Cons

      Management only loyal to Headquarters (aka "The Mothership"). They told all of is Engineers we had nothing to worry about until the day of the layoff came and then the axe fell. I heard they are closing the Salt Lake facility for good this Dec 2014.

      flexible paid vacation, pharmacy with great discounted otc meds , free bloodwork on site, paid volunteer time off, profit share, great 401k match, discounted stock share

      Pros

      The company has a bit of a startup-like vibe, and still feels established. They’re pretty open to letting younger engineers take on real responsibility , which makes it a good place to grow. From what I’ve seen in all-hands meetings, the senior leadership also seems to genuinely care about employees—you can kind of tell they’re paying attention and trying to take care of the team.

      There’s nothing perfect, enjoy the time when you get in.
