Pros

Good for experience. Fast-paced environment. Good mentorship program.

Cons

They have zero long-term interest in even the best of employees. You will never get a raise here, regardless of your skill level or interest in stay. No OT Pay**** High expectations for employees. You will never see employer contributions to your 401k unless you want to stay for 3 years to be vested. Culture is non-existent, Don't expect to make friends.

Pros

Good Health Benefits, and 401K

Cons

Although Moog promotes an unlimited PTO policy and emphasizes work-life balance, the actual execution is highly inconsistent and depends heavily on management. Some managers are supportive, while others induce guilt, leading to a culture where employees either underutilize their time or feel uncertain about expectations. Furthermore, compensation lags behind the market average, and internal career growth feels stagnant rather than actively supported.
