      Great people on the floor. Fun, smart, casual atmosphere.

      Cons

      Not many opportunities for career advancement. You will do the same thing for years, maybe shifting products occasionally. "Wage freeze" means no raises. Meager pay.

      The people drawn to work here in the lower echelons tend to be highly creative and friendly. Many people were working for the idea of Bob Moog rather than their profit.

      Cons

      The wages for people not at the top were far lower than the cost of living in the area.
