Pros
The people that work here are genuine and a lot of fun to work with. They offer lunch every day and benefits. There is plenty of room to go up or down in the company.
Cons
Business ethics are highly questionable. There are many half-truths told and the company doesn't honor business agreements. Make sure you get everything in writing and signed by both you and them. Gossip and rumors are everywhere because the communication is terrible from the top. Expect a lot of talk and very little action. The pay is below average, but they will tell you it is not. When you leave, you will be maligned or they will say that you were "just not a good fit". Leadership is needed...not management. I know they are trying, but unfortunately, I don't think there is an understood difference between the two things here.
