I am sure you have made Moolya your own by now otherwise you won't be here in the 4 year writing this review. Thanks for highlighting our focus on holistic growth. A lot of companies exist to get "work done" by humans. We are here to provide overall holistic development. You mentioned Salary less as cons. All companies who paid a lot of money hire and fire at will. You might have seen it. We don't do that. We provide and focus on stability and consistent growth. So, sometimes it might look like people are earning more and then they lost job for a few months and again got back to their previous salary. The average ends up being the same. Not that we don't want you to make more money. In your success is mine. The more you get everything, the more happy I become for you. My life is dedicated to Moolyans. I am not excited about the next iPhone or the next car. That's all gone. I am looking forward to you and your growth as mine. So, I will be rooting for your holistic growth. I want to see you healthy with a good balance of life and work. I don't want you to work hard, make money and screw up your health and use all your super rich money to pay off medicines and doctors to keep you alive. I will be there for you.
