      Decent pay for fresh graduate, repetitive work as just cold calling and tell the same thing over and over again

      Cons

      No career progression, micromanaging. Initially was told is result oriented but turns out process oriented as well.

      Pros

      Fast moving firm. Get to work with Chinese pers and potentially travel to Asia. Friendly office. Can pay good and bonuses, but completely subjective/secretive. Where multiple hats and get exposed to different areas of business.

      Cons

      Not stable. Small Layoffs without notice or reasoning. Focus is on marketing gimmicks above service and operations. Weak on Compliance. Firm controlled by FUTU and Chinese parent company. Difficult to work with overseas partners due to language and time zones. Minimal communication or transparency from leadership.
