      been here for a while now and I can feel there's been an evolving positive changes within the company, especially with the noticeable increase in employee activities lately. To me, its a great sign and a confidence boost that the management is committed to drive for a positive company culture, and I believe it will be paid off with time to come

      Pros

      Fast moving firm. Get to work with Chinese pers and potentially travel to Asia. Friendly office. Can pay good and bonuses, but completely subjective/secretive. Where multiple hats and get exposed to different areas of business.

      Cons

      Not stable. Small Layoffs without notice or reasoning. Focus is on marketing gimmicks above service and operations. Weak on Compliance. Firm controlled by FUTU and Chinese parent company. Difficult to work with overseas partners due to language and time zones. Minimal communication or transparency from leadership.
