      Quite a agile and dynamic culture with some good perks like uncapped dental

      Cons

      Sometimes work can get a bit busy but great support from leaders and colleagues are in general very nice and supportive

      Pros

      Fast moving firm. Get to work with Chinese pers and potentially travel to Asia. Friendly office. Can pay good and bonuses, but completely subjective/secretive. Where multiple hats and get exposed to different areas of business.

      Cons

      Not stable. Small Layoffs without notice or reasoning. Focus is on marketing gimmicks above service and operations. Weak on Compliance. Firm controlled by FUTU and Chinese parent company. Difficult to work with overseas partners due to language and time zones. Minimal communication or transparency from leadership.
