      Bonus is good and benefit moderate

      Cons

      1. This is Upward Management Company of you need to work in this company and get promoted to higher level. 2.Chinese culture with strict attendence of working time and without flexibility. 3. Execute from SZ boss decide project and task only. You may just follow and execute only. 4. Local staff do not have much control on task and you may not have growth to show value to the company. 5. Very hard to get KPI met and get recognize by the company. 6. Experience staff all left the company after1 year.

      Pros

      Fast moving firm. Get to work with Chinese pers and potentially travel to Asia. Friendly office. Can pay good and bonuses, but completely subjective/secretive. Where multiple hats and get exposed to different areas of business.

      Cons

      Not stable. Small Layoffs without notice or reasoning. Focus is on marketing gimmicks above service and operations. Weak on Compliance. Firm controlled by FUTU and Chinese parent company. Difficult to work with overseas partners due to language and time zones. Minimal communication or transparency from leadership.
