* Poor work life balance (unpaid overtime, the expectation is to love the product and be happy doing it) * Lies and bad management decisions are promoted, as long as it sounds good on paper (e.g. performance measured on AI usage, even where AI is clearly not the solution) * No downtime (constant push to deliver more, faster, higher quality)
