Cons
The past year the management and HR have turned cold, non-caring, and even mean to employees. They put inhumane amounts of stress on everyone, while gaslighting you into believing that you are not ok. Trying to complain honestly to HR or management results in them terminating your employment. Managers can talk to you however they want, while psychologically bullying you, and nothing is done to them. No one cares about your wellbeing and all the money in the world cannot compensate. I spoke to HR about a toxic manager who actually called me names, and she said - there’s nothing I can do since he’s highly valued here. I felt like a victim to this well oiled machine which decided to let me go in the most disgusting and non-deserving manner. Wouldn’t recommend this place of work to anyone anymore. In addition, they make a huge effort to control the conversation in the office and encourage snitching on your colleagues! They will sit employees down and demand to know what they speak about behind closed doors!!! It’s truly insane. And don’t get me started about the micromanagement… every day you get nonstop questions- are you done? Do you have much more left? Can we challenge your time estimation? Let’s get this done in less time, etc. so glad I left!!!
