Pros

Really cool individuals- hardworking people who are smart and hungry. Clients who can be cool when they’re not running away due to mismanagement.

Cons

Absolute S show. Worst HR I’ve ever seen. Actively lies to employees and tries to deceive people including the managing directors to attempt to make herself look good?? If you’re reading this you’re probably wondering if this company is one you should work for…. Ask about their earnings this year. They’re on the way out. Also, team lead for the analytics services is totally incompetent. She’s a great sales person but there’s really no substance or capabilities behind her offerings. Lastly, totally toxic culture that encourages people throwing each other under the bus. Potential future clients— run for the hills!!!

Pros

Smart colleagues and a culture that encourages outside-the-box thinking. Good benefits, great free snacks.

Cons

Team bandwidth was consistently overstretched across all levels, making it difficult for employees to do their work well. Dept. leadership misalignment created conflicting priorities and unclear direction for midlevel and senior staff, which also set an inconsistent example for junior employees. Very much a “thrown to the wolves” onboarding approach, with new hires expected to take on high-pressure work without sufficient context or guidance. This often resulted in late nights spent ramping up while simultaneously delivering. Scoping and vendor/partner processes were outdated and misaligned with how modern media teams operate, leading to excessive back and forth, inefficiencies, and frequent rework.
