      Pros

      Top tech talents in the BFSI sector do work here, it is a great learning and execution platform. Free Lunch, Snacks and open environment. Salaries are much better than the industry standards.

      Zero Management and HR Skills. No HR handbook. No policies. No salary certificate or salary slips provided. Also employees being fired at random. No vision as CEO has nil experience managing a team. There seems to be no department. One man show (CEO) operating ExVillage Software Systems Prvt Ltd as MoonX based in Geneva. Just an average of 10 employees as turnover has been 50% +.
