      Great people! Flexible boss, nice atmosphere- pay was good for clerical work.

      Cons

      If you are hired on temporarily through a staffing service in a clerical/office role you will probably not become permanent unless you know someone and there is not a lot of growth.

      Pros

      Ability to telecommute, make your own schedule. Great retirement benefits. Because they are so consistently short-staffed, it would probably be very hard to get fired.

      Cons

      The mission of the agency has been lost and its future is uncertain. Due to job guidelines, there is no way to avoid excessive night and weekend work. If you have children or other personal commitments it will be very hard to do this job. Management is top heavy and continues to pile on unreasonable demands to the lower level workers. The amount of 'Vice Presidents' they have is obscene.
