Pros
The culture and the team in the Chico office are phenomenal. In addition to the twice weekly catered lunches and stocked snacks and drinks, the team really wants to help each other. There are challenging problems to tackle, but others are always happy to help out. The senior members of the team are great mentors, they really want to see people succeed. It's seriously a real office family, we have fun, work hard and I enjoy my Chico office colleagues.
Cons
The team is slim, I mean real thin. There is not enough staff to manage and really maintain all of the technology stacks/business units we have, which can be frustrating. Other teams lean on engineering to support aspects of the operational business.
