      Pros

      The company consists of a very intelligent and dedicated team. Management generally does a great job of hiring the right people so if you have an opportunity here consider yourself fortunate. I really enjoy and respect my coworkers. This company knows what it's doing. Also a good benefit package and free lunch every Wednesday.

      Cons

      No major cons. I'm happy here.

      Pros

      Really passionate, smart people that work here. A lot of collaboration between different teams. Hybrid, but really more like fully remote. Variety of work, given different types of clients, which keeps everyone busy.

      Cons

      Smaller sized company, so isn't for everyone. We use windows/PC versus Mac/OS.

      Room for advancement Leadership will let you grow if you really push yourself to the top You can do very well financially if you hustle very hard with your clients

      Cons

      Stressful and competitive environment overall Nobody is close and keeps each other at arms length - for good reason No time for teaching so you better come in knowing your skill and be very proficient at it

      Thanks for your feedback and advice. Glad to hear you enjoyed the career advancement opportunities and the financial rewards we extend, as well as working for our leadership team. It is true, at times (and for some) working within an advertising agency can be stressful. However, we provide a lot of industry training and professional development to employees (new and tenured), both from internal sources and third parties, so its unfortunate you weren't able to embrace that part of our culture.
